Chris "The Mole Man" Trapping provides West St. Louis Mole Trapping for 19 yrs. For long, straight mole tunnels, mole trapping is needed (or, if widespread tunnels / mounds, order treatment instead here). St. Louis Mole Trapping
7) That unscheduled emergency visits are $50; 8) That TMM is the sole arbiter of what constitutes a catch as well as the cost or value of this or any other losses incurred by TMM associated with this agreement; 9) Agrees to allow TMM access to the subject property for the entire term of this contract, or for as long as any property of TMM remains on the subject property, or for as long as a balance on this order exists, whichever is longer; 10) Agrees that TMM has exclusive trapping rights on this property for the entirety of this agreement, or until all balances due are paid in full, and shall be compensated for any moles captured or killed during this period; 11) Agrees to full acceptance of any liability resulting from these service, whether due to a violation of these terms or otherwise, and shall protect TMM or its agents from liability or any other harm by any 3rd parties; 12) That any violations of these terms may result in financial compensation to TMM as well as suspension of services at TMM's discretion without compensation or notice to the Client; 13) That these terms supersede any other agreements regarding this service, either verbal or written unless otherwise included in these terms; 14) That TMM or its agants are not responsible for any injury or losses relating to these services resulting from any alleged negligent conduct, or any other reason, on the part of TMM, its agents or employees, or otherwise; 15) Agrees to pay TMM all fees due in full to The Mole Man within 14 days by way of:
- use of this website's payment features on the pricing page (min 1 hr prior to service/add paypal's processing fee).
- or by check to The Mole Man at the point of service, or by mail with TMM's prior authorization.
Client agrees that any money associated with these services due to TMM and not paid by Client within the above stated 14 days may be charged a $39 late fee, then additional $39 fees will be incurred every 30 days, in perpetuity, until all monies due from the Client are received by TMM. This includes, but is not limited to, balances due, late fees, all costs of collection, filing fees, liens on the subject property, attorney and any other fees incurred by TMM or its agents. All sales are final, there are no refunds.
Note, service area is St Louis County ONLY! $20 service fee for any check returns. All on-site cancellations, rescheduling or failure to appear by Client is subject to $100 service charge.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By clicking "Submit" you (herein known as "Client") authorize Chris The Mole Man and/or St. Louis Mole Trapping (herein known as TMM) to set and service traps according to the terms within this document for a period of 4 months at $249 + $69/catch unless otherwise stated in writing by TMM. The terms of this agreement are as follows: That the Client agrees: 1) That they have read and agree to all terms within this document; 2) That the service prices listed in this agreement are fully enforceable and may be subject to collection at the Client’s expense; 3) That they are the legal owner of the subject property, or authorized by the owner to enter into contract for these service, and accepts full responsibility, both civil and otherwise, of any losses and liabilities resulting from, or associated with, these service; 4) That the service property is located in our service area within St. Louis County; 5) Not to remove or tamper, and to prevent any contact whatsoever, with the traps, flags and/or any property of TMM that’s left on the contracted property, and that the Client will be subject to compensating TMM if such actions occur; 6) To notify TMM if any of TMM's property has been removed, dislodged, or tampered with immediately;
