Mole Removal Terms Of Service
By accepting service, you agree to these terms:

Service pricing based on Lot Size including allowable easements, Irrigation & Location.
Client's change of service area required by email at least 2 hours prior to service.
Add 25% to 35% extra for properties without in-ground irrigation throughout the treatment area as we treat, more fees if less than 2 outside spigots & water pressure too weak to run 2 hoses.
Prices posted on our site reflect service for St. Louis County. Added fee for service to Franklin, Jefferson, Madison, St Charles, Monroe, Madison and St Clair and all other outlying counties.
Cancellation fees are $149 + any extended travel fees. Rescheduling of appointments, where 2 hr advance notice was not provided by the client, subject to $75 fee + any extended travel fee.
Please note, our scheduling is very tight. Please provide any changes to appointments as far in advance as possible.

By sending the above email, Client agrees that our "targeted" arrival times are estimated and are not guaranteed. That appointments require acceptable service temperatures and may require rescheduling due to excessive cold at any time by Chris The Mole Man without prior notice or compensation. Any appointment changes or cancellations by the client must be made at least 2 hours prior to the beginning of the targeted arrival time or will be subject to cancellation fees. Failure by the client to provide acceptable forms of payment for the full contracted price at or before the time of service will result in a refusal of service by TMM and/or will be subject to collection & additional fees. All costs incurred during the collection process will include any costs or fees associated with this service, including interest, recording, legal, etc. are the responsibility of the client. Client acknowledges that, while treatments are applied with the intent of providing mole free success, it, like all other forms of mole control, cannot be guaranteed and should be an alternative when extermination has or is expected to fail. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Any similar terms of service outlined on the link provided above supersede this description and should be reviewed.
