This is a contract for services between Chris The Mole Man, a Professional Connections LLC, company (herein known as “TMM”) and the signee (herein known as “client”). Successful Long Term Mole Removal can be a gradual process, often marked by evidence of mole evacuation within about 3-21 days of application (“evidence”: straighter tunnels directed toward the property's perimeter, edging around drive & walkways, or even increased activity as stressed moles struggle to find exits). This is often a sign that mole evacuation & long term protection has begun. Effective mole evacuation can be accompanied by natural cycles of temporary re-infestation due to mole food and/or mole pups remaining in the soil. Review our website's "Keep a Mole Free Lawn" to help guard against this. As with ALL MOLE REMOVAL, our treatment cannot be guaranteed. However, with the support of our website’s information, many clients experience mole-free success for up to 1-8 years.

Suggestions: Practice proper soil moisture control. Avoid extreme wet & dry soil conditions & make sure your irrigation is set to ensure even watering. Irrigate deeply 1-2x per week, never use wide-spread pesticides, thin tree canopies, raise grass cut level to improve root density & relieve drainage issues where you can.

Treatment requires irrigation running throughout all treatment areas during application. Clients without an in-ground irrigation system to accommodate this are subject to an additional 25% irrigation fee (35% for larger lots). TMM requires access to client’s functioning outside water outlets (min. of 2) during application without compensation to client.

TMM will ONLY treat property that's titled to client within the boundaries determined by county records. TMM reserves the right to determine any and all property boundaries for treatment if public records are unavailable or appear to be inaccurate as determined by a TMM representative. Client agrees that a treatment will consist of a spray application to all lawn & beds on the lot unless otherwise stated in writing. Any disputes concerning area serviced will be settled by video evidence or will be at the discretion of TMM. Any losses resulting from the misrepresentation of property lines on the part of the client are the sole responsibility of the client.

TMM reserves the right to use any likenesses of outside of the client's property for demonstration or promotional purposes without compensation to the client.

By signing this document you authorize and acknowledge all of the terms herein including: On-site cancellations are subject to $150 fee (plus any out of area fees); on-site rescheduling subject to $75 rescheduling fee (plus any out of area fees); cost of services is due at the time of treatment and shall be paid by cash or check to "The Mole Man"; bank declined payments are subject to $39 fee plus any bank fees; payments not received at service subject to $39 fee; late payments not received within 15 days of service subject to $39 late fee; additional late fees will be assessed every 30 days thereafter until entire balance, including all costs associated with collection, is satisfied. Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, liens & attorney fees associated with this service. Our treatment materials are proprietary. Client agrees not to pursue, attain or convey any information regarding these materials.

FAILURE OF THIS CONTRACTOR TO PAY THOSE PERSONS SUPPLYING MATERIAL OR SERVICES TO COMPLETE THIS CONTRACT CAN RESULT IN THE FILING OF A MECHANIC'S LIEN ON THE PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS CONTRACT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 429, RSMO. TO AVOID THIS RESULT YOU MAY ASK THIS CONTRACTOR FOR "LIEN WAIVERS" FROM ALL PERSONS SUPPLYING MATERIAL OR SERVICES FOR THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THIS CONTRACT. FAILURE TO SECURE LIEN WAIVERS MAY RESULT IN YOUR PAYING FOR LABOR AND MATERIAL TWICE. CONSENT IS HEREBY GIVEN FOR FILING OF MECHANIC'S LIENS BY ANY PERSON WHO SUPPLIES MATERIALS OR SERVICES FOR THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THIS CONTRACT ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH IT IS LOCATED IF HE IS NOT PAID.

Upon client’s payment in full, client is hereby released from any and all liability of debts owed to any persons supplying material or services to complete this contract as described in paragraph 6 of this contract. All such debts are solely the responsibility of TMM. TMM, its agents and/or affiliates are not responsible for any injury, damages or losses relating to these services including but not limited to those resulting from any alleged negligent conduct on the part of TMM, its agents or employees, or otherwise. Acceptance of service and/or signature constitutes a waiver of any and all liability TMM, their heirs and/or affiliates.

Client agrees to keep all dogs inside or on controlled leash at all times that TMM is on the property.

Reminder: To help keep moles out, drive moles out of your Neighbor’s yard as well. Encourage your neighbors to join your fight against neighborhood moles & help drive moles further from your property (SAVE $20 EACH). The further moles are from your property, the better your chance are for long term success!
